4 Weeks - Learn to Lift
Have your kids been watching too much Tik Tok and want to get Swol?
Cant get your child into a gym because they are under 16 yrs?
Are you worried they might injure or hurt themselves?
Do you want your kid to get off the damn device and do SOMETHING?
If you answered yes to any of these questions this is the Program for you.
Designed for ALL Youth aged 11 - 16 years of age
The 4 Week program is run by head trainer Cass and Under 19 Cycling International Sprint Champ Max.
The Course starts on the 28th May 2022 and runs for 4 consecutive Saturday's
Start time 2pm - 3:30pm
During the 4 weeks your child will learn
- How to Lift
- Correct Technique
- Gym etiquette
- Nutrition
- Goal Setting
At the conclusion of the program they will walk away with a personalised gym program and opportunity to have Youth membership at Power to Move to achieve their fitness and health goals. This membership will give them access to the gym in times when other youth can use the gym, under supervision.
The course will be run out of our HQ
