This is the perfect session for your teen aged 11 - 16 years old
In an inclusive environment your teen will learn about

Strength training 
How to use gym equipment
The basic fundamentals of lifting and the correct technique
Build there own gym program specific to there personal health and wellbeing goals

Sessions are 
Monday - Strength, Circuit and Cardio Training
Wednesday - Boxing, Self Defence and Patience
Friday - Weight Training and Flexibility
