This 45-minute class is ideal for those who want to take it down a notch and focus on the body with a low intensity workout.
Sculpt workouts are low impact, floor-based class that use repetition with hand weights to condition and sculpt your upper body, with low to no impact.
Sculpt is functional training at its best. We engage maximum muscle groups by combining strength endurance, with cardio movements. Sculpt is the ultimate conditioning workout for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling strong and noticing muscles you never knew you had.
