Join us for our 45-minute HIIT class.
Whether you’re looking to build muscle, sculpt and tone, or improve your endurance, HIIT workouts are a fast-paced way to get a lot out of your workout time. HIIT class will give you an all-out, one hundred percent workout through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, active, recovery periods. This type of training gets your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
HIIT training has been shown to increase speed, power and endurance. It builds your cardiovascular fitness, lean muscle and increases your metabolic rate which means you will burn calories faster and for longer periods.
HIIT classes are for everyone. While HIIT training can be an intense way to work out, the great news is your level of workout is relative to your fitness level. You set the bar and aim to reach your own goals.
